How do I place an order?
To order a hat, or make an enquiry, please fill in your details on the Sales/Enquiry page.
You will then be contacted via e-mail with a quote.
Full payment is required when confirming your order.
Payment can be made via direct bank deposit or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
Once your hat/headpiece is complete, you will receive a photo of the design via e-mail.
Amendments can be made if necessary before shipping.
How long will my order take?
Most designs are made-to-order and usually take about 1 to 2 weeks to ship.
In stock items will ship 1-3 days after your order is processed.
Shipping time will vary depending on the country destination.
If you require your item urgently please contact us and we will do out best to accommodate you. Please ORDER EARLY for any important affairs or events such as the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Can a hat or headpiece be made in different colours other than what is shown on the website?
Most of the designs can be made in different colours, although it depends on the availability of supplies. Materials can be dyed to match your outfit for an additional fee.
Can the trimmings on a hat or headpiece be changed (Flowers, feathers, longer Veiling etc)?
Yes, the trimmings can be changed to suit your requirements. Please indicate the changes when initially placing your order.
Can a hand-made flower be made using the fabric of my outfit?
Hand made flowers can usually be made from the same fabric as your outfit, depending on the quality. The best fabric to use for hand made flowers is Raw Silk, Velvet and Organza. Fabrics that don’t have much ‘body’ are harder to work with and do not produce the same results. Please allow 10 - 20cm of fabric per flower if you intend on having them made for your outfit.
How many of each design is produced?
Most of the designs are One-off-Creations. Occasionally there will be 2–3 made of each style (in various colours), which have been sent to various countries around the world.
Can I make an appointment with Rebecca Share?
rebecca share MILLINER is predominantly a website based business that provides a service via e-mail to women all over the world. Appointments can be booked upon request, however, an additional fee will be charged for this service.
I would like to purchase your designs wholesale, who is eligible?
To be eligible to purchase from the rebecca share MILLINER wholesale range, you must have an ABN number. The minimum quantity is 10 designs per order. For more information, please fill in the enquiry form on the stockists page.
How do the hats and headpieces stay on my head?
Hats are secured to your head by thin elastic that tucks under your hair, a hair comb will also hold the hat firmly in place.
Head pieces come on a thin (4mm) ribbon covered metal headband, suitable for all head sizes.
Bridal pieces are attached to a small or large hair comb.
Do you need to know my head measurement when ordering a hat?
No, we do not require your head measurement. All hats and headpieces are 'one size fits all'.
